Manager - Direct Sales & Client Acquisition

eduaid is hiring an experienced Manager - Direct Sales & Client Acquisition to drive revenue growth by developing new client opportunities, managing qualified prospects, and converting high-value enquiries into business.

This role suits a commercially focused sales professional who can own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship development to consultation, negotiation, and closing.

The successful candidate should have a strong record of achieving sales targets, developing new business, acquiring clients, and delivering high-value B2C sales.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience selling to affluent, premium, or high-net-worth individual clients, especially within Real Estate, Insurance, Financial Services, Investment Services, Immigration / Migration Consultancy, or other high-value service sectors.

• Develop and execute sales activities to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, and direct client engagement.
• Build and maintain a strong and sustainable pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
• Conduct client meetings and consultations to understand individual needs, priorities, and purchasing considerations.
• Present eduaid's services professionally and communicate relevant value propositions clearly.
• Build trusted relationships with prospective clients throughout the decision-making process.
• Manage opportunities from initial engagement through consultation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing.
• Maintain regular and structured follow-up with active prospects.
• Handle client objections, concerns, and commercial discussions confidently and professionally.
• Negotiate effectively and convert qualified opportunities into clients.
• Take ownership of individual sales performance and pipeline conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Monitor conversion performance and identify opportunities to improve sales effectiveness.
• Provide management with relevant customer, competitor, and market insights.
• Coordinate with internal consultancy and support teams to ensure smooth client handover after conversion.
• Support junior team members and contribute to overall sales team performance where required.
