About the Role We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager (SaaS) to lead all digital marketing initiatives and accelerate the growth of multiple SaaS products. The ideal candidate will own the marketing strategy, execution, and optimization of performance marketing, content marketing, email automation, customer acquisition, and retention while collaborating closely with the Product, Growth, and Technology teams. Key Responsibilities
✔ Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new and existing SaaS products.
✔ Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid advertising, content marketing, email marketing, and social media channels.
✔ Build and optimize customer acquisition funnels to maximize lead generation, product adoption, and revenue growth.
✔ Track, analyze, and improve key SaaS metrics, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), churn rate, activation rate, and conversion rates.
✔ Conduct A/B testing , conversion rate optimization (CRO), and lifecycle marketing initiatives to improve user engagement and retention.
✔ Develop and execute customer retention, onboarding, and email automation campaigns to increase customer lifetime value.
✔ Manage marketing budgets efficiently and optimize spending to achieve predictable, scalable return on investment (ROI).
✔ Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team by fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
✔ Collaborate closely with the Founder, Product, Growth, Sales, and Engineering teams to align marketing initiatives with product strategy and business objectives.
✔ Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and recommend data-driven improvements.
✔ Prepare regular performance reports and present actionable insights to management.
✔ Stay updated with the latest SaaS marketing trends, digital marketing technologies, AI-powered marketing tools, and industry best practices.
✔ Perform any other marketing, growth, or business development responsibilities assigned by the Management.
