Role Description The General Manager Sales Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Chattogram. This position oversees sales and marketing activities for residential projects, including setting sales targets, developing marketing plans, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. Daily responsibilities include managing and mentoring the sales team, monitoring customer interactions, and driving initiatives that support customer satisfaction and retention. The role involves coordinating with project, finance, and operations teams, analyzing market trends, preparing performance reports, and implementing strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
