Job Context:

Workspace Infotech Limited is looking for a skilled and experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join its software development team. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable web applications across both frontend and backend technologies. The role requires strong software development fundamentals, experience with modern web technologies, APIs, databases, and application architecture. The position will primarily focus on full-stack application development, backend and frontend integration, API development, database management, debugging, and software delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications. • Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces. • Build scalable backend services and application logic. • Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services. • Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases. • Write clean, reusable, secure, and maintainable code. • Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and application bottlenecks. • Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and maintenance activities. • Use Git and follow proper version-control practices. • Collaborate with UI/UX, QA, project management, and other development teams. • Contribute to technical discussions, system improvements, and application architecture. • Maintain technical documentation where required. • Follow software development standards and internal coding practices. • Complete assigned tasks and project deliverables within agreed timelines.

Skill Requirements:

• Strong understanding of frontend and backend development. • Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript. • Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular, or similar. • Experience with at least one backend technology such as Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar. • Good understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations. • Knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases. • Good understanding of object-oriented programming and software development principles. • Knowledge of Git and version-control workflow. • Understanding of application security, performance optimization, and scalable architecture. • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Experience Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in software development. • Practical experience working on both frontend and backend development is required. • Experience developing and integrating APIs is required. • Experience with cloud platforms, Docker, CI/CD, or deployment workflows will be considered an advantage. • Experience working on live software products or client projects will receive preference.

Additional Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc)or (MSc) in Computer Science & Engeneering. • Must be comfortable working across both frontend and backend technologies. • Must follow coding, testing, security, and version-control standards. • Must be able to troubleshoot technical issues independently. • Must be able to manage assigned development tasks within deadlines. • Must be able to work effectively with cross-functional software teams.
