Function Area: Revenue Collection Department Industry: Internet and Cable TV Service Provider Reports To: In-charge, Area Office, Revenue Collection Department Location: Dhaka City/Chattogram City Recruiting Company Profile: Jadoo Digital and Broadband Limited and Digi Jadoo Broadband are service provider for Internet and Cable TV in the entertainment industry. Job Description/Responsibility As Executive responsibilities include the following: · To prepare customer wise bill, · To submit bill to each and every customer, · To collect money from customer through physically/bkash/roket/online payment systems · To ensure customer satisfaction, · To achieve target set by company, · To submit daily and monthly collection report, · To entry collection into software system, · To maintain customer ledger, · To inform customer about bill, dues, payment, disconnection, reconnection etc., · To collect and report any complain from customer, · To meet up deadline set by company, · To ensure good communication with customer. Educational Requirements • HSC/preference will be given to those having Graduation from any reputed university. Experience Requirements • The applicants should have experience in the following business areas: o ISP, NTTN and Cable Television Service Providing; o First Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG); Compensation and Benefits • Salary – negotiable, • Two Festival Bonus, • Provident Fund, • Incentives for achieving targets, • TA/DA at actual basis, • Mobile bill Allowance, • Other benefits as per Company Policy.
