Designation: Support Engineer/Assistant Support Engineer

Function Area: IP Support Location: Dhaka City Required skills: • Good at problem-solving; • Able to explain technical problems in simple terms; • In-depth knowledge of network types (LAN & WAN); • Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, PPPoE, Static and TCP/IP Management; • Excellent troubleshooting skills on MACs, PCs, mobile devices, peripherals & software; • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communications skills; • Good knowledge of networking and Consumer Network Equipment (WiFi Routers) in order to diagnose connectivity issues; • Must have very good knowledge about various OS (Windows, Linux, MAC OS, and Android OS, etc.); The typical daily tasks of a network support engineer include: • Installing new hardware (Printers, Routers, Computers and others network devices, etc.); • Fixing network faults; • Technical support for home/corporate customers; • Installation and troubleshooting wireless devices for customers; • OLT Network troubleshooting. Educational Requirements • Minimum - Diploma in Computer Technology Experience Requirements • The applicants should have experience in the following business areas: o ISP (Cable Television Service is a plus).
