Foreign Client Relationship Executive

Work for a digital services company that provides website development, software development, design, SEO, digital marketing, and other technology services through online marketplaces.

• Communicate with clients professionally in English through marketplace platforms, understand their requirements, and maintain clear communication throughout the sales process.

• Clearly explain our services, solutions, capabilities, pricing, timelines, and value proposition based on each client’s needs.

• Ask the right questions to clarify client requirements, project scope, budget, and expectations before preparing a proposal.

• Prepare compelling proposals and negotiate and close contracts with clients through marketplace platforms.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and our internal sales, operations, and development teams, ensuring requirements are communicated accurately.

• Follow up with potential clients, manage leads, maintain the client database, and track projects from initial inquiry through contract and delivery.

• Coordinate with the development and operations teams to ensure project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables are properly aligned.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing professional, responsive, and solution-oriented service.

• Contribute to the company’s growth by identifying opportunities, converting qualified leads, and supporting successful project delivery.
