Promote and sell residential apartments, commercial spaces, land projects, and real estate investment options. Engage professionally with potential leads via phone calls, face-to-face meetings, social media platforms, and field visits. Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with customers, investors, landowners, and corporate clients.

Prepare detailed client follow-up logs, routine sales reports, business proposals, and project presentations. Support digital marketing initiatives, maintain the client database, and contribute to property promotion strategies. Participate actively in client meetings, site visits, property fairs, corporate events, and other promotional campaigns.

Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly sales and marketing targets.
