Executive / Sr Executive (Digital Marketing)

Key Responsibilities of a Digital Marketing:

• Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter) to boost brand awareness and community engagement.
• Content Strategy & Creation: Develop high-quality articles, blog posts, video scripts, infographics, and promotional copy that resonate with the target audience.
• ​Paid Advertising (PPC & Paid Social): Design, launch, and optimize high-converting ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads while managing campaign budgets effectively.
• ​Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing: Build automated email workflows, design newsletters, and execute targeted promotional campaigns to generate leads and maintain customer loyalty.
• Initial Consultation & Requirement Gathering: Understand the client's business goals, target audience, budget, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) clearly.
• Proposal & Strategy Presentation: Create detailed proposals or service agreements outlining the digital marketing strategy, timelines, deliverables, and expected results based on client needs.
• Regular Updates & Reporting: Send weekly or bi-weekly updates and detailed performance reports tracking metrics like campaign reach, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Time Zone & Schedule Alignment: Respect local time zones to schedule meetings (via Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams) and strictly maintain punctuality.
• Professional & Clear Communication: Maintain clear, concise, and grammatically correct communication across channels like Email, Slack, or WhatsApp.
• Feedback Integration & Revisions: Accept client feedback constructively and make prompt revisions to align with their expectations.
• Proactive Problem Solving & Transparency: Communicate challenges or underperforming campaigns honestly while presenting immediate troubleshooting steps and alternative strategies.
• Cultural & Brand Voice Adaptability: Understand regional marketing trends, local holidays, and nuances to tailor campaigns to the target market's cultural context.
• Smooth Onboarding Management: Facilitate secure credential sharing and access delegation for ad accounts, social profiles, and websites.
