• Digital Marketing Fundamentals certification

• Any training/workshop attended on Web Development, CMS (WordPress), or Website Security

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, E-commerce
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML, WordPress, or website management
• SEO Knowledge: Understanding of on-page SEO, keyword research, and content optimization
• Analytical Skills: Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, or similar tools
• Digital Awareness: Basic understanding of online branding and social media presence
• Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to troubleshoot minor IT or technical issues
• Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Read Before Apply

• SEO-এ বাস্তব কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
• On-page ও Off-page SEO-তে ভালো দক্ষতা অবশ্যই থাকতে হবে।
• Google Analytics, Search Console এবং keyword research tools (SEMrush/Ahrefs) ব্যবহারে অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে বাড়তি সুবিধা।
• WordPress বা অন্য কোনো CMS platform পরিচালনার ব্যবহারিক জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে।
• Website basic troubleshooting সম্পর্কে ধারণা থাকতে হবে।
• Website security (SSL, backup, malware prevention) সম্পর্কে ধারণা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
• Technical SEO (site speed, schema markup, mobile optimization, crawlability) সম্পর্কে ধারণা থাকতে হবে।
• Content optimization এবং SEO-friendly copywriting-এ দক্ষতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
• Competitor analysis এবং market research করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।
• Deadline-এর মধ্যে দ্রুত ও মানসম্মত কাজ করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।
• Analytical মানসিকতা এবং নতুন tools ও techniques শেখার আগ্রহ থাকতে হবে।
• পূর্ববর্তী কাজের প্রমাণ (website link, SEO report, বা case study) থাকলে আবেদনপত্রে সংযুক্ত করতে উৎসাহিত করা হচ্ছে।
