Executive – Sales Coordination & CRM

Fresh Pack Industries Limited is looking for a motivated and organized Executive – Sales Coordination & CRM to join our Sales & Marketing team.

The role will focus on client coordination, CRM and follow-up management, market research, prospect identification, and supporting the senior sales team. The selected candidate will help maintain organized client information and ensure timely communication and follow-up throughout the sales process.

• Reconnect and maintain regular communication with existing and inactive clients.
• Research and identify potential corporate clients and new business opportunities.
• Make initial contact with prospective clients and introduce the company’s products and capabilities.
• Arrange meetings between prospective clients and the senior sales/management team.
• Maintain and regularly update the client database and CRM records.
• Record client communications, requirements, current status, last contact, and next follow-up.
• Track enquiries, meetings, quotations, samples, orders, and follow-up activities.
• Prepare client briefs and relevant information for the senior sales team before meetings.
• Conduct market research on companies, industries, product segments, and potential business opportunities.
• Prepare periodic reports on leads, follow-ups, meetings, and client status.
• Support the senior sales team with client information, research, data, and coordination.
• Coordinate with relevant internal departments when required.
