Divisional Sales Manager- DSM (Cables)

Identify, track, and analyze government and private business opportunities across relevant sectors.

Analyze market trends, competitor pricing to identify business growth opportunities.

Develop and execute strategy, pricing strategy, and bidding process in coordination with technical and finance teams.

Build and maintain strong relationships with government procurement officials, consultants, contractors, corporate clients, and dealers.

Develop strong technical knowledge of cable products (power, control, and fiber optic cables), including specifications, applications, and compliance standards in the Bangladesh market.

Drive business expansion by identifying new project and business opportunities in both public and private sectors.

Prepare, coordinate, and ensure timely submission of Quotations.

Ensure accurate documentation of quotations, tenders, contracts, approvals, and all related sales records.

Lead, guide, and support the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales and collection targets, with strong focus on business.

Ensure consistent execution of strategy, pricing discipline, and bidding process across all opportunities.

Ensure timely bill submission, after-sales coordination, and customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with production, logistics, and planning teams to ensure timely product availability and smooth delivery execution. Monitor credit sales, ensure effective collection follow-up, and maintain healthy accounts receivable.

Conduct regular field visits with team members to monitor market conditions and projects.

Prepare and submit regular performance reports to management (HOD, DHOD, Monitoring Director) covering sales and market intelligence.

Ensure strict compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and ethical business practices.
