Social Media Management

• Manage and regularly update the hospital’s Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant digital platforms.
• Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
• Create engaging and informative posts, Reels, Stories, short videos, graphics, and healthcare-related content.
• Write clear, professional, and patient-friendly captions in Bangla and English.
• Monitor and respond appropriately to comments, messages, and patient/customer inquiries.
• Maintain a professional and trustworthy online image of the hospital.

Digital Marketing

• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize Facebook/Instagram and Google Ads campaigns.
• Develop digital campaigns for hospital services, specialist departments, diagnostic services, health packages, emergency/trauma services, and awareness programs.
• Conduct audience research and identify relevant target audiences.
• Monitor advertising budgets and campaign performance.
• Test different creatives, audiences, messages, and campaign strategies to improve results.
• Generate and track leads through digital marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with the hospital management and different departments regarding marketing activities.
• Assist in maintaining the hospital website and online business profiles.
• Monitor online reviews and digital reputation.
• Support promotional activities, health campaigns, seminars, medical camps, and hospital events.
• Stay updated with current digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, healthcare communication practices, and online advertising techniques.

Healthcare Content & Campaigns

• Develop educational and awareness content related to healthcare, emergency care, trauma care, prevention, wellness, and hospital services.
• Coordinate with doctors, consultants, nurses, management, and relevant departments to develop accurate healthcare content.
• Promote hospital campaigns, health check-up packages, awareness days, medical camps, seminars, and special programs.
• Create content featuring doctors, departments, facilities, services, patient education, and hospital activities.
• Identify relevant social media trends and adapt them appropriately for a professional healthcare environment.

Content Production

• Coordinate photography and videography of hospital facilities, doctors, departments, events, and services.
• Create short-form videos/Reels using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Assist in planning doctor interview videos, health tips, patient education videos, and promotional content.
• Ensure all published content maintains the hospital's professional standards and protects patient privacy.

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing and social media performance reports.
• Analyze reach, engagement, followers, leads, conversions, website traffic, and advertising performance.
• Monitor which content, services, and campaigns perform best.
• Maintain records of advertising expenditure and campaign results.
• Recommend improvements based on campaign data and audience behavior.
