Job Context:

Workspace InfoTech Limited is looking for a Digital Marketing ∧ Sales Associate who can work on both digital marketing execution and lead generation support. This role requires a candidate who is comfortable with running campaigns, generating leads, and communicating with potential clients. The focus will be on B2B marketing and initial sales engagement, not full sales closing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing Execution (Main Responsibility) • Run and manage Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn ad campaigns. • Ability to identify target audience and generate leads through digital platforms • Support LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and B2B lead generation activities • Communicate with potential clients via email, chat, or calls for initial qualification • Maintain lead database and track lead pipeline (Excel/CRM) • Coordinate with design and development teams for marketing materials • Perform basic SEO and website content updates • Prepare weekly reports on campaign performance and lead generation

Skill Requirements:

• Fundamentals of Digital Marketing (Paid Ads, Social Media, Lead Generation) • Basic understanding of B2B sales process and client communication • Strong communication skills in English (mandatory). • Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets), Analytics is a plus • Knowledge of tools like Gmass, HubSpot, or similar platforms is an advantage • Basic knowledge of WordPress Content Management System (CMS) • Intermediate skills in blog writing • Intermediate skills in copywriting • Intermediate knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Experience Requirements:

• 1–2 years of practical experience in Digital Marketing / Lead Generation / Sales Support • Must have hands-on experience in at least one ad platform (Facebook/Google/LinkedIn) • Must be comfortable with both marketing execution and client communication • Ability to work with targets (lead generation & response handling) • Candidates with only theoretical knowledge are discouraged to apply • Experience in IT / Software / B2B industry will get preference

Additional Requirements:
