Minimum Bachelor’s degree/Honours/HSC/Diploma in Agriculture, IT, Design, Communication, Marketing or a relevant discipline. Candidates with strong practical experience may also be considered.
2–3 years of relevant professional experience in media, communication, digital marketing, graphic design or a related field.
Strong creativity, communication skills, initiative and ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel for field activities, product shooting and promotional events when required.
Graphic Design: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is required.
Video Editing: Basic to intermediate video editing skills for Facebook, YouTube and other digital platforms.
Social Media: Practical experience in managing Facebook pages and YouTube channels, including content planning and audience engagement.
Industry Knowledge: Basic knowledge of agriculture, seeds or agribusiness will be considered an additional advantage.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s digital presence, creating engaging content and supporting brand communication initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and regularly update the company’s Facebook page, including posts, product information, photographs and promotional content regularly.
Create, manage and grow the company’s official YouTube channel and regularly publish high-quality video content.
Develop creative promotional materials such as banners, posters, leaflets, digital creatives and other marketing communication assets.
Respond to customer comments and messages professionally and maintain a positive and consistent brand image across social media platforms.
Plan, shoot and edit photographs and videos of company activities, products, field demonstrations and promotional events as required.
Coordinate with the Marketing, Sales, R&D and other relevant teams to support digital campaigns and communication activities.
