Lead the planning, development, and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive business growth. Manage and optimize digital channels including social media, SEO, SEM/PPC, email marketing, content marketing, website campaigns, and online advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Lead digital campaigns across Google Ads, social media, email, SEO, and other digital platforms.

• Manage content strategy, social media presence, and online brand reputation.

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize activities based on data and insights.

• Track KPIs such as website traffic, conversion rates, lead generation, CAC, ROI, and engagement.

• Manage SEO/SEM initiatives to improve online visibility and organic growth.

• Collaborate with sales, creative, product, and other teams to ensure marketing alignment.

• Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of advertising spend.

• Lead and mentor the digital marketing team and coordinate with external agencies/vendors.

• Stay updated on emerging digital trends, technologies, and competitor activities.
