Job Overview:

Digital Marketing Solution Pvt. Ltd. is a rapidly growing digital marketing agency based in Uttara, Dhaka. We are looking for passionate, creative, and performance-driven Digital Marketing Experts who have proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute result-oriented digital marketing strategies.

• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

• Manage SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing campaigns.

• Generate qualified leads, improve conversion rates, and maximize ROI.

• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.

• Create campaign reports and provide actionable insights using analytics tools.

• Manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel, and Google Ads Conversion Tracking.

• Coordinate with the design, content, and development teams for campaign execution.

• Monitor industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging marketing technologies.

• Optimize landing pages and marketing funnels for better performance.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on industrial or agency experience in Digital Marketing.

• Strong expertise in:

• Facebook & Instagram Ads

• Google Ads

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

• Google Tag Manager (GTM)

• Meta Pixel & Conversion API

• Conversion Tracking

• Lead Generation Campaigns

• Performance Marketing

• Remarketing & Retargeting

• Excellent understanding of:

• Marketing Funnels

• Audience Research

• Campaign Optimization

• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

• A/B Testing

• Budget Allocation & ROI Analysis

• Strong communication and analytical skills.

• Experience managing international client projects will be considered a significant advantage.

• Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot Certifications will be considered a plus.

Educational Requirements

• Graduate or Undergraduate in any discipline.

• Candidates from Marketing, BBA, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields will receive preference.

Experience Requirement

• Minimum 2 years of relevant industrial/agency experience is mandatory.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful digital marketing campaigns and measurable results.
