Prepare company profiles, brochures, catalogues, presentations, flyers and sales materials.
Create infographics that explain Instacall’s products, services and technical features.
Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all company channels.
Resize and adapt content for different social-media and advertising formats.
Plan, record and edit promotional videos, product demonstrations and tutorials.
Create short-form videos, reels and motion-graphic advertisements.
Produce explainer videos for technical products in a simple and engaging format.
Add captions, voiceovers, transitions, animations, music and branded elements.
Prepare customer testimonials, podcast clips, webinar content, and interview videos.
Optimize videos for Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and website use.
Plan and manage organic content calendars for Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
Write captions, headlines, advertising copy and calls to action.
Schedule and publish content consistently.
Assist in managing Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
Identify suitable audiences for B2B campaigns targeting call centers, BPO companies, telecom resellers and SMEs.
Conduct keyword, competitor, audience and market research.
Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Track reach, engagement, leads, conversion rates and advertising costs.
Support lead-generation campaigns, landing pages, email marketing, and remarketing.
Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to understand products and translate technical information into marketable content.
