Responsibilities & Context
Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
Manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, including lead generation, awareness, engagement, traffic, remarketing, and conversion campaigns.
Apply an up-to-date understanding of Meta’s Andromeda and Advantage+ AI-driven advertising ecosystem, including diversified creative testing, audience signals, campaign structure, and performance optimization.
Plan and manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Remarketing campaigns.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve website ranking, organic traffic, and lead generation.
Manage on-page, off-page, technical, content, and local SEO activities.
Develop and execute marketing strategies for LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
Monitor campaign and website performance using Meta Ads Manager, Meta Events Manager, GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
Track and analyze KPIs such as CPL, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, lead quality, and ROAS.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights, findings, and recommended actions.
Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, audiences, landing pages, campaign objectives, and offers.
Work closely with the content, design, video, website, and call centre teams to ensure campaigns are properly executed and leads are followed up effectively.
Use AI tools and marketing automation platforms for research, content assistance, reporting, lead nurturing, workflow automation, and campaign optimization.
Set up and verify conversion tracking through Meta Pixel, Conversion API, GA4 events, and Google Tag Manager.
