Digital Strategy & Campaign Planning
· Develop and execute integrated digital media strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives
· Plan and manage paid and organic social media campaigns to generate qualified leads
· Design ad campaigns targeted at specific business goals, ensuring measurable ROI
Social Media & Content Management
· Plan, schedule, and execute organic social media content across platforms
· Develop content strategies to grow organic engagement and audience reach
· Write compelling, SEO-optimized content for blogs and digital platforms
· Expand the organization's digital footprint across relevant channels
Campaign Optimization & Reporting
· Monitor, analyze, and optimize ad campaign performance for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
· Prepare and present regular performance reports with actionable insights
Creative & Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Coordinate with the creative team to develop engaging visual and written content
· Support the creative team in producing print collateral (X-banners, leaflets, posters, etc.)
· Assist in planning and executing events and outdoor engagement initiatives
