Deputy Manager / Manager – Sales & Direct Acquisition

• Generate new business through field prospecting, direct outreach and face-to-face client engagement.
• Independently identify and approach potential clients.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
• Conduct client meetings, consultations and initial needs assessments.
• Present relevant eduaid services professionally based on client requirements.
• Develop trusted relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Manage prospects from initial contact through follow-up, negotiation and conversion.
• Handle objections and customer concerns professionally.
• Negotiate and work towards closing qualified sales opportunities.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and client acquisition targets.
• Maintain disciplined follow-up across active prospects and opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of field visits, client interactions, leads and sales activities.
• Provide insights on market opportunities, customer behaviour and competitor activity.
• Coordinate with internal consultancy and support teams for smooth client handover.
• Support junior sales team members where required.

Candidate Requirements

• 3–6 years of proven sales experience.
• Current or recent experience at Deputy Manager, Manager, Assistant Manager, Senior Sales Executive, Business Development Manager, Relationship Manager, Client Acquisition Manager or equivalent senior sales level.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
• Proven experience in direct sales, field sales, client acquisition or face-to-face selling.
• Experience selling high-value products or professional services.
• Ability to independently generate qualified prospects rather than relying entirely on inbound leads.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, objection-handling and closing skills.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and maintaining systematic prospect follow-up.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable conducting regular field visits and direct client meetings.
• Professional, self-motivated and commercially focused.
