Corporate Sales Officer(Mymensingh)

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door and field visits to identify and approach potential corporate clients.

• Generate new leads through field visits, phone calls, referrals, networking, and other channels.

• Visit companies, offices, and business organizations to introduce Nextjobz’s services.

• Arrange and conduct client meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations.

• Promote nextjobz’s recruitment, job posting, CV database, headhunting, and HR solutions.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Follow up regularly with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.

• Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and other required documents.

• Negotiate with clients and close sales deals as per company policy.

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain regular follow-up with clients regarding job postings, recruitment requirements, payments, and renewals.

• Update client information, sales activities, meetings, and follow-ups in the CRM/system.

• Prepare daily/weekly sales activity reports and share updates with the reporting manager.

• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
