Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new corporate business opportunities.
Generate leads and acquire new B2B clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business negotiations.
Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business growth objectives.
Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication.
Handle customer concerns and escalations professionally.
Monitor customer feedback and recommend service improvements.
Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure service quality standards.
Prepare customer experience and client engagement reports.
