Negotiate vendor contracts and agreements to obtain optimal commercial terms. Track and assess vendor performance to ensure adherence to quality standards and contractual agreements. Generate and present progress reports, performance metrics, and improvement recommendations.
Identify operational gaps and execute strategies to boost client and vendor satisfaction. Support seamless onboarding and integration for new clients and vendors. Monitor industry trends and market developments to deliver actionable insights to management.
