Bachelor's (Honours) degree

* Respond to customer and patient inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels and generate leads. * Welcome and assist patients and visitors, ensuring a professional customer experience. * Provide information on medical services and treatment options. * Address customer concerns, conduct patient follow-ups, and provide treatment updates.
* Collect, review, organize, and maintain patient records and medical case summaries. * Coordinate with hospitals, doctors, and internal teams to manage patient cases and treatment recommendations. * Assist doctors during consultations, medical seminars, and hospital visits. * Maintain accurate records while ensuring confidentiality of patient information.
