Conduct regular follow-up with prospective customers to build interest and maintain engagement. Schedule appointments and transfer qualified leads to the appropriate department when necessary. Maintain accurate customer information, CRM records, and detailed call notes. Meet assigned daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining effective communication and professionalism. Follow company policies, campaign guidelines, and quality standards during all customer interactions. Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
