Client Acquisition Executive

We are expanding our team and looking for a driven, persuasive Client Acquisition Executive. If you enjoy talking to people, guiding them toward their study or travel goals, and effectively bringing prospective clients into our office for consultation, we want to hear from you.

You won't just be making routine sales calls—you will be the primary point of contact helping potential applicants take the first big step toward their foreign visa process.

What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day

• Lead Generation & Research: Identify potential candidates, students, and clients who need professional visa processing and guidance.
• Outbound Outreach: Reach out to incoming leads via phone calls to understand their goals and explain our services clearly.
• Fix Office Appointments: Pitch our expertise effectively to schedule prospective clients for in-person counseling at our office.
• In-Office Counseling & Pitching: Welcome clients to the office, assess their profile, identify their concerns, and present the right visa processing solutions.
• Close Deals: Address client questions, negotiate service terms, close enrollments, and coordinate with our processing team for onboarding.
• CRM & Pipeline Tracking: Keep track of leads, follow-ups, and appointment statuses in the system to meet monthly target metrics.
