Business Development Specialist

This is a results-driven, field-based position reporting to the Sales & Business Development Head. You'll be the primary point of contact for advertisers, responsible for prospecting new brands, agencies, and corporate clients, presenting tailored advertising solutions, and converting leads into repeat, long-term partners. You'll manage the full sales cycle from first outreach through campaign delivery and billing.

• Advertising Sales: Sell print and digital advertising, sponsored content, and integrated packages to meet or exceed monthly revenue quotas.
• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and prospect 15–20 new brands, agencies, and corporate clients each week to expand the client base.
• Multi-Channel Outreach: Conduct high-volume daily outreach through cold calling, professional email, LinkedIn networking, and in-person visits.
• Pipeline Management: Build and manage a sales pipeline independently, tracking every lead from initial contact to final conversion.
• Solution Design & Proposals: Create, customize, and present advertising solutions and quotations aligned with each client's marketing goals.
• Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and follow up persistently to convert prospects into paying, long-term partners.
• Account Growth: Maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business and upsell digital features and premium sponsorships.
• Internal Coordination: Liaise with editorial, design, and digital teams to ensure all promised deliverables and sponsored campaigns are executed accurately and on time.
• Documentation & Billing: Prepare invoices, manage contracts, and ensure timely client billing.
• Reporting: Submit detailed weekly activity reports covering deal status, follow-up frequency, and revenue progress.
