We are looking for a proactive, organized, and client-focused Project Manager to oversee image and video post-production projects for USA-based clients . The ideal candidate will manage client communications, coordinate internal production teams, ensure timely project delivery, and maintain the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
✔ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients through email, online meetings, and chat platforms .
✔ Understand client requirements and communicate project specifications clearly to the production team.
✔ Manage client inquiries, feedback, revision requests, and issue resolution professionally and efficiently.
✔ Oversee multiple image and video post-production projects simultaneously while ensuring timely execution.
✔ Coordinate with editors, retouchers, graphic designers, and quality control teams throughout the production process.
✔ Develop project timelines, assign tasks, and ensure all milestones and deadlines are achieved.
✔ Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
✔ Allocate resources effectively to maximize team productivity and project efficiency.
✔ Conduct quality assurance checks before final delivery to ensure all client requirements and quality standards are met.
✔ Track project budgets, scope changes, revision requests, and overall project performance.
✔ Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and workflow records.
✔ Prepare quotations, proposals, project estimates, and other client-related documentation when required.
✔ Research and generate new targeted leads to support business development initiatives.
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with USA-based clients by providing exceptional service and communication.
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and continuous process improvement.
✔ Perform any other project management or business-related responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor/Honors
Experience
✔ Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
✔ Fresh graduates with excellent English communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.
✔ Age: 20 to 30 years.
✔ Candidates with experience or strong potential to work as a Project Manager for USA-based clients are encouraged to apply.
✔ Applicants residing within 5 km of Dhanmondi or nearby Lalmatia will be given preference.
✔ Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer applications.
✔ Strong multitasking ability, including communicating with clients while simultaneously documenting project information.
✔ Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
✔ Result-oriented with a positive attitude, strong accountability, and a solution-focused mindset.
✔ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client relationship management skills.
✔ Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational abilities.
✔ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications
✔ Graduates or students from the following universities will receive preference: North South University (NSU) Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB) BRAC University American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB) East West University (EWU)
✔ IELTS Band Score of 6.0 or above will be considered an added advantage.
