About HrClerks

HrClerks is a recruitment technology platform developed by EWN to help businesses manage hiring more efficiently—from publishing jobs and receiving applications to screening candidates, collaborating with hiring teams, building talent pools, and managing the recruitment pipeline.

We are now preparing HrClerks for commercial growth and are looking for a Business Development Executive — B2B SaaS Sales to help us acquire, activate, and convert our first major group of business customers.

This is a hands-on commercial role for someone who can do more than generate leads. You will work across the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to product demonstrations, onboarding, negotiation, and closing.

Your Mission

Build a qualified B2B sales pipeline for HrClerks and convert suitable companies into active, paying customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify companies that are actively hiring and fit the HrClerks target customer profile.
• Find and approach relevant decision-makers, including HR leaders, business owners, founders, and management personnel.
• Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email, telephone, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand each prospect's recruitment process, challenges, and requirements.
• Demonstrate HrClerks based on the prospect's actual hiring workflow and business needs.
• Guide qualified prospects through registration, company setup, onboarding, and first real job publication.
• Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales cycle.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals when required.
• Handle objections and negotiate within approved commercial guidelines.
• Convert qualified opportunities into paid subscriptions.
• Maintain accurate records of all prospects, opportunities, follow-ups, and funnel movements.
• Document lost opportunities and the reasons behind them.
• Collect and report customer feedback, recurring objections, competitor information, and market insights.
• Work closely with product and management to improve positioning, onboarding, and conversion.
• Support early customers in achieving meaningful usage of HrClerks and identify future expansion opportunities.
