Overview

We are looking for talented Backend Developers to join our team. As a Backend Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using cutting-edge technologies. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into robust backend systems. Additionally, you will mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring the highest standards of code quality and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Design and architect scalable, high-performance backend systems and APIs using modern technologies.
• Ensure coding standards, best practices, and design patterns to maintain high quality code.
• Design and optimize database schemas for performance, scalability, and data integrity.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide effective software solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior developers on the team.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Should be technology Fanatic and “Out of the box” thinker.
• Analyze complex technical problems and propose innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• Must Have:Solved at least 2,000 problems in competitive programming (e.g., Codeforces, LeetCode, HackerRank).
• Must Have:Ability to solve complex architecture and scalability problems at the level of System Design Interview (Volume 1 & 2) by Alex Xu.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–6 years of proven experience as a diversified backend developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in backend programming languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, or C#.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, cache management, and microservice-based application development.
• Ability to manage backend infrastructure, including servers, cloud services, and containerization platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Docker).
• Experience with frontend technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.js is a plus.
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in web development.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Playing sports (football, cricket) and singing skills are a definite plus.
