Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
3–4 years of B2B or enterprise sales experience, specially in recruitment tech, HR services, SaaS, or digital platforms in Bangladesh Market.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Strong consultative selling skills with excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
Tech-savvy, proactive, and self-motivated.
Fluent in English and Bangla.

Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves):

Background as a B2B sales executive specifically in the recruitment industry.
Familiarity with modern B2B prospecting tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, engage, and convert large businesses and corporate clients to adopt atB Jobs services.
Proactively target potential corporate clients daily via professional outreach and in-person meetings to generate high-quality B2B leads.
Prepare tailored corporate pitches, handle complex objections with ease, and guide prospects flawlessly to the finish line.
Build and manage a robust pipeline of B2B leads through outbound and inbound strategies.
Research target companies, identify key decision-makers, and execute highly personalized, strategic B2B outreach plans.
Conduct client meetings, product demos, and negotiations to close deals.
Develop deep understanding of client hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (HR heads, CXOs, etc.).
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to optimize client experience.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and client feedback.
Consistently exceed sales quotas focused on bringing new, high-value businesses onto the atB Jobs platform.
