Associate Training and Content Specialist

Prepare user guides, release notes, and other support materials

Develop innovative web-based tutorials

Interact with customers to explain complex technical issues

Communicate customer feedback with software development teams to help design a better product

Prepare responses to RFPs and other business proposals

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English

Creative and analytical writing skills

Eagerness to explore, learn, and critically evaluate emerging technologies for practical business use

Familiarity with commonly used AI tools and platforms

Bachelor’s in CS / CSE / EEE / English Literature or similar fields preferred

Attention to detail and a drive for quality
