Applicants should be 30 to 38 years of age. Only male candidates are eligible to apply. A minimum of 6–12 years of proven experience in software sales is required. Hands-on experience in selling ERP, HRMS, Mobile Applications, Websites, E-commerce Solutions, Digital Marketing, SEO, or other enterprise software solutions is highly desirable.
Demonstrated success in software or IT-enabled solution sales with a strong track record of achieving business growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills, particularly when dealing with corporate and government clients.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while consistently meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets and KPIs. Practical knowledge of preparing business proposals, technical documentation, and tender submissions for large-scale IT projects.
An established professional network within the corporate and government sectors will be considered a significant advantage. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory. Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently in a target-focused environment.
Familiarity with the e-GP (Electronic Government Procurement) system and public procurement processes is preferred. Previous experience in ERP or enterprise software sales will receive special preference. Proficiency in Microsoft Office , including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint , is essential.

Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while contributing to the company's revenue growth. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional after-sales support and customer service.
Manage business development activities for corporate organizations, government ministries, public agencies, and large enterprises. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts, business development plans, and performance reports to senior management.
Identify prospective clients, assess their business requirements, and recommend suitable software and IT-enabled solutions. Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, client engagement, proposal development, negotiation, and successful deal closure.
Prepare and submit tender documents, including EOI, RFP, RFQ , and other procurement-related proposals in accordance with client requirements. Explore, develop, and secure new business opportunities for software products and IT services across different market segments.
Generate qualified leads through market research, networking, referrals, and industry events. Conduct client meetings, business presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions to promote company offerings. Monitor market developments, competitor activities, and industry trends to effectively position products and services.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, update CRM records, prepare sales forecasts, and provide regular progress reports to top management. Follow up proactively on submitted proposals, tenders, quotations, and client communications to maximize business conversion opportunities.
