Area Sales Manager, Dulux Paints

Devise effective territory sales (dealer/customer) and painter penetration strategies to achieve revenue target of the company.

Initiate and gain insight of key business stakeholders by proficient management of sales force software and achieve fixed coverage planning (business call and relationship calls) target for the year.

Analyze data for business decision-making through ground action to increase brand reach, market share, consumer share, and display share objectives within our operating segment.

Conduct relationship calls with consumers, painters, and project owners to address concerns and provide solutions for grabbing new business opportunities.

Create business opportunities by utilizing all the available resources provided by the company and ensure sustainable relationships with the key stakeholders by providing value-added business service to them.

Embrace and execute financial norms and customer service guidelines to win the deal.

Maintain and streamline dealers` agreements, balance confirmations, service delivery confirmation, merchandising agreement, and other incentive arrangements to make the operation transparent and smooth at the end of every month.

Organize and conduct training and workshops, and initiatives for internal and external stakeholders to improve productivity, increase loyalty, and gain share from competition.

Prepare and present market visit reports to the Line Management/Seniors to take proactive measures and retaliate against competitors` activities to increase volume share in the territory.

Check regular performance tracking through benchmarking target versus achievement and achieve the set objective within a given time-line.
