We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented professional to lead the Apartment Sales function. The position will be responsible for driving sales growth, achieving revenue targets, leading the sales team, and developing effective sales strategies to maximize apartment sales.
Lead and manage the Apartment Sales team to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans for apartment projects.
Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and achievement against targets.
Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion activities.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Review sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback and provide recommendations to management.
Ensure effective follow-up and negotiation with customers to maximize sales conversion.
Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the sales team to improve performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and sales procedures.
