Position Details:

Position: Advanced Digital Marketing Trainer

Number of Vacancies: 02

Salary Range: BDT 25,000 – 35,000 (Depending on skills, practical expertise & experience)

Mandatory Requirements Before Joining:

* Selected candidates must successfully complete a 2-month probationary/training period before confirmation as a permanent employee.

* Candidates must sign a minimum one (1) year employment agreement upon successful completion of probation.

* Candidates with less than 2 years of practical Digital Marketing experience and 1 year of teaching/mentoring experience are requested not to apply.

* Applicants residing in Uttara, Tongi, Airport, Khilkhet, Abdullahpur, or nearby areas will receive preference.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Advanced Digital Marketing Trainer / Mentor, you will be responsible for delivering industry-standard, practical training and mentoring students to become job-ready and freelance-ready professionals.

You must be able to teach:

✔️ Search Engine Marketing (Google Ads)

✔️ Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads

✔️ LinkedIn Marketing

✔️ YouTube Marketing

✔️ TikTok Marketing

✔️ Email Marketing

✔️ Content Marketing & Copywriting

✔️ AI-Powered Marketing (ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, Claude, etc.)

✔️ Marketing Automation

✔️ Google Analytics (GA4)

✔️ Google Tag Manager (GTM)

✔️ Meta Pixel & Conversion API (CAPI)

✔️ Lead Generation Strategies

✔️ Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

✔️ Sales Funnel Creation

✔️ E-commerce Marketing

✔️ Local Business Marketing

✔️ International Client Acquisition

✔️ Freelancing Marketplace Guidelines (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com)

Additional Responsibilities:

✔️ Conduct engaging offline & online training sessions

✔️ Prepare course modules, assignments, quizzes, and practical projects

✔️ Evaluate student performance and provide continuous mentoring

✔️ Conduct regular revision and backup classes

✔️ Develop training presentations and documentation

✔️ Create educational video content and promotional videos

✔️ Conduct Facebook Live / YouTube Live classes

✔️ Support students with career guidance, freelancing, and interview preparation

✔️ Coordinate with the Marketing and Academic departments

✔️ Stay updated with the latest Digital Marketing trends, AI tools, and platform updates

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline

Preferred Backgrounds:

• Marketing

• Business Administration

• Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)

• Information Technology

• Multimedia

• E-Commerce

Experience Requirements:

✔️ Minimum 2–5 years of practical Digital Marketing experience

✔️ Minimum 1 year of training, teaching, or mentoring experience

✔️ Experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

✔️ Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, GTM & Meta Pixel

✔️ Experience managing Lead Generation & E-commerce campaigns

✔️ Experience handling high-budget advertising campaigns will be an advantage

✔️ Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or other professional certifications will be considered a plus
