About this course
The first three months decide more than they should. In that window people form a view of you that is disproportionately durable: reliable or not, easy to work with or not, someone who understands the place or someone who does not. Correcting a poor early impression takes far longer than making a good one. It is also the only period in which you can ask anything without cost, look at everything with fresh eyes, and change how you work without explanation. Both advantages expire. This course covers the whole arc: preparing before day one, learning the organisation and the role systematically, building the relationships that make work possible, delivering early value without overreaching, passing probation, and converting the first ninety days into a strong first year.
