About this course
Behavioural interviewing is the most widely used structured method in professional hiring. Its premise is simple: what you did before is the best available predictor of what you will do next. Its practice is unforgiving — answers are scored against defined criteria, and a candidate who talks well but gives no scorable evidence loses to one who is duller and more specific. Job Interview Mastery covered these questions in outline. This course goes deeper: how frameworks actually score, how to build a story bank once and reuse it for years, what each major competency is really asking, how to survive probing, and how the strength-based and values-based variants differ. The work is front-loaded. Building the story bank takes a few hours; after that, most behavioural interviews are a matter of selection rather than invention.
