Welfare Officer-Female

Labib Group is seeking a qualified and experienced professional for the position of Welfare Officer (Female). The role is responsible for ensuring employee well-being, maintaining workplace compliance with labor laws and social standards, and fostering a safe, healthy, and supportive working environment. The incumbent will work closely with management and workers to address grievances, monitor welfare activities, and support compliance requirements of international buyers. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, sound knowledge of labor regulations, and experience in employee welfare management.

• Ensure overall employee welfare in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Monitor workplace health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Address workers’ grievances and maintain proper grievance handling procedures.
• Counsel employees on personal, social, and workplace-related issues when required.
• Coordinate welfare activities such as awareness sessions, health campaigns, and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with buyers’ Code of Conduct and social compliance standards.
• Maintain proper documentation related to welfare activities, complaints, and resolutions.
• Liaise with HR and management to resolve employee concerns effectively.
• Monitor maternity benefits, childcare facilities, and female worker support programs.
• Assist during audits and inspections related to labor compliance and worker welfare.
