Role Description The General Manager is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Uttara, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the courier business. This role includes managing branch activities, supervising staff, monitoring delivery processes, and ensuring that service quality and timelines are consistently met. The General Manager will set performance targets, implement operational policies, and coordinate with departments such as customer service, dispatch, and finance to keep workflows efficient. The role involves analyzing operational data, managing budgets, optimizing routes and resources, and resolving escalated customer issues. The General Manager will also lead team development, enforce compliance with company and regulatory standards, and support strategic planning for business growth.
