We are looking for a proactive Senior Officer, Inquiry who will ensure the fair, objective, and efficient resolution of complaints by conducting thorough inquiries in line with organisational policies, legal standards, and ethical guidelines. The role will focus on establishing facts through evidence collection, stakeholder interviews, and policy analysis, while maintaining confidentiality, due process, and procedural integrity.
