Minimum Bachelor's degree from a recognized university. Master's degree or MBA will be given strong preference.

Team Leadership & Performance Coaching: Lead, motivate, coach, and manage sales teams; monitor team performance, establish clear KPIs, and foster an environment of continuous professional development.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build and nurture long-term, sustainable relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), corporate clients, and real estate investors using modern CRM software.
