Monitor and ensure timely realization and collection of outstanding payments.
Follow up with customers regarding due and overdue payments.
Maintain regular communication with customers and resolve payment-related issues.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related matters professionally.
Prepare and maintain collection, realization, and customer service reports.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Finance, and other relevant departments.
Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.
Maintain proper documentation and records of customer transactions.
Support management in achieving collection and customer service targets.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
