Fashion Step Group is seeking a highly organized, technically strong, and service-driven Sr. Executive to manage end-to-end international travel for our Management & Business Teams.
This is a corporate-facing role requiring strong expertise in global visa processing, airline reservation, ticketing, hotel booking, itinerary management, and executive travel coordination, with the ability to manage multiple international trips and urgent travel requirements simultaneously.
𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰
Own visa processing, air ticketing, hotel booking, itinerary planning, and executive travel coordination—ensuring every trip is compliant, cost-effective, accurate, and disruption-free.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
• Manage end-to-end global visa processing
• Assess traveler profiles; prepare/review applications, checklists & supporting documents
• Coordinate visa appointments, biometrics, interviews, submissions & status tracking
• Manage air reservations, ticketing, reissue, cancellation, refund & fare optimization
• Plan complex multi-city executive/business itineraries and urgent travel changes
• Arrange hotels, airport transfers, transportation, insurance & destination services
• Coordinate with airlines, embassies/consulates, visa centres, hotels & global travel partners
• Ensure visa, passport, ticket & travel-document accuracy and confidentiality
• Monitor travel disruptions and provide proactive/urgent travel support
• Maintain travel records, visa trackers, booking MIS, cost reports & management updates
• Negotiate fares/services and optimize overall corporate travel cost
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or relevant discipline
• 5+ years in corporate travel, visa processing, ticketing, or travel agency operations
• Practical proficiency in online booking Platforms.
• Strong knowledge of fare rules, ticketing, reissue, refund, cancellation & airline routing
• Knowledge of international travel regulations, visa portals & destination requirements
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email & travel systems
• Excellent & Smart communication, negotiation, follow-up, problem-solving & stakeholder management
• Ability to handle multiple applications, executive travel and urgent requirements simultaneously
• High confidentiality, integrity, ownership, accuracy & service orientation
