Minimum 2 Year Experience in Planning in RMG factory

• Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and use of productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, ERP or planning systems).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a structured approach to process improvement.
