Monitor and ensure timely realization and collection of outstanding payments.
Follow up with customers regarding due and overdue payments.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related matters professionally.
Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Finance, and other relevant departments.
Maintain proper documentation and records of customer transactions.
Support management in achieving collection and customer service targets.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments, maintaining strong customer relationships, resolving payment-related issues, and supporting effective receivable management. The role requires close coordination with the Sales, Accounts, Finance, and Customer Service teams.
