The ideal candidate should have strong experience in mobile phone retail sales operation & Management, Retail Expansion & development, Brand promoter operation & management, an established understanding of dealer/retailer networks, excellent market knowledge, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. The candidate must be comfortable with extensive market visits and leading a high-performing sales team.
10 years’ experience (Minimum 2 years managerial capacity)
Experience in the smartphone, mobile device, consumer electronics, or telecom industry is highly preferred.
Lead retail expansion by identifying high-potential locations, evaluating commercial viability, and developing new brand shops and retail touchpoints.
Manage Brand Shop operations and performance, ensuring sales targets, profitability, product availability, customer experience, and operational standards.
Drive retail channel and shop-in-shop (SiS) expansion by identifying new retail opportunities and ensuring effective product placement, visibility, and sales execution.
Monitor shop-wise and retail sales performance, ROI, stock, and competitor activities to identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
Manage Brand Promoters (BP) operations including recruitment/deployment, performance monitoring, target achievement, attendance, and productivity across brand shops, SIS, and retail outlets.
Ensure product knowledge, sales, brand image, and trade marketing training for BPs & BP Supervisor, Dealer Manager & DSR and showroom/retail teams to improve sales capability and execution.
Plan and execute POSM, branding, product displays, and retail visibility in line with brand and trade marketing guidelines.
Align HQ strategy with field execution and maintain operational excellence across all retail touchpoints.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, dealers, and channel partners to increase market coverage, product presence, and retail sales.
