Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective Islamic Banking customers.
• Acquire new customers and ensure significant growth in deposits, investments and other Shariah-compliant banking business.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate Islamic banking products and financial solutions.
• Achieve assigned business, investment, deposit and revenue targets.
• Prepare and process customer proposals in coordination with relevant business and support units.
• Monitor customer relationships, portfolio quality, repayment performance and overall business potential.
• Ensure compliance with the Bank's policies, Bangladesh Bank regulations, KYC/AML requirements and Shariah principles.
• Conduct market visits and business development activities to generate new opportunities.
• Provide high-quality service and ensure long-term customer retention.

Educational Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor's/Master's degree from a reputed university, preferably in Business Administration, Bank Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Islamic Banking, Islamic Finance or a relevant discipline.
• Relevant professional certifications/academic qualifications in Islamic Banking/Finance will be an advantage.
• 3rd Division/Class or equivalent CGPA/GPA in any academic record is not acceptable.

Experience & Expertise

• Minimum 4–7 years of Islamic Banking experience in Relationship Management, Investment, General Banking Corporate/SME Banking, Retail Banking, etc.
• Candidates with an established customer portfolio and proven business-development record will receive preference.

General Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Islamic Banking principles and Shariah-compliant deposit & investment Products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical and relationship-management skills.
• Strong business acumen with a target-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and modern digital banking technologies.
• Willingness to travel and undertake field/business development activities as required.
• Candidates with Islamic Banking experience in reputed commercial bank will be preferred.
