Recruiter

• Conduct structured phone and video interviews to evaluate candidate fit
• • Assess communication, technical alignment, culture fit, and career motivations
• • Use behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques
• • Administer assessments, scorecards, or practical tasks where required
• Manage candidate communication from first outreach through offer stage
• • Provide timely updates, interview preparation, and professional follow-up
• • Ensure candidates feel informed, respected, and engaged throughout the process
• • Represent the client brand professionally and positively at all times

Interview Coordination & Client Collaboration

• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams
• • Gather structured feedback and maintain detailed ATS documentation
• • Facilitate hiring debriefs and alignment discussions with stakeholders
• • Keep hiring managers updated on pipeline progress, hiring risks, and market feedback

Offer Management & Onboarding Support

• Draft and present offers to selected candidates
• • Support compensation discussions and offer negotiations
• • Assist with onboarding coordination and candidate transition processes
• • Ensure smooth handoffs between recruitment and onboarding teams

Reporting & Process Improvement

• Track recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness, and candidate progression
• • Maintain accurate ATS records and recruitment reporting
• • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend workflow improvements
• • Support compliance with hiring and data privacy regulations
• Agency recruiting or high-volume hiring experience
• • Experience recruiting for SaaS, professional services, finance, operations, or property management roles
• • Knowledge of hiring compliance and employment best practices
• • Experience supporting remote or international hiring
• • Experience scaling hiring operations or supporting growing organizations

What a Typical Day Looks Like

A Recruiter’s day revolves around keeping pipelines active, candidates engaged, and hiring processes moving efficiently. You will:

• Source and engage candidates across multiple hiring platforms

• Conduct phone or video interviews and document evaluations in the ATS

• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring teams

• Provide hiring managers with updates on pipeline health and recruiting progress

• Maintain a strong candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up

• Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate hiring documentation

In essence: you ensure clients hire the right people efficiently while maintaining a professional, organized, and high-quality recruiting process.

• 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing experience
• • Experience using ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR, Workable, iCIMS, or similar systems
• • Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and major job boards
• • Experience conducting structured interviews and candidate evaluations
• • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• • Ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously
